COVID-19 Update

Autumn 2021: Practice Open for Osteopathy & Massage Appointments

When the country eased it’s lockdown restrictions on the 19th July, we can happily confirm that our practice is open for osteopathy & massage appointments.

Following advice from Public Health England, our governing bodies and professional associations, our infection control procedures will remain in place. This includes: face coverings throughout the building, use of appropriate PPE, and continuous cleaning protocols.

Massage is available and follows the appropriate PPE and cleaning protocols, as advised by the therapists’ regulating bodies.

Once you make an appointment, your confirmation email will list all the important points you as the patient need to know. You’ll be asked to fill and submit a short health-screening questionnaire prior to your appointment, and invited to bring your own a towel and pay by online transfer if you prefer.

Of course, if you are feeling unwell, or have been in contact with anyone who has tested positive, or been contacted by Test & Trace in the past 14 days, we ask that you rearrange your appointment accordingly.

If you’re unable or prefer not to attend the practice, online appointments are still available, where we can discuss your symptoms in detail, and suggest and demonstrate various strategies and exercises to help you get better.

Please refer to our ‘COVID-19 infection control procedures’ for detailed information of the measures we take at the Practice to keep the risk of virus transmission to a minimum.

If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact us.

We look forward to seeing you soon!
