FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions:

Absolutely. Sports massage is for anyone who values their physical health — from those training regularly to those managing the demands of work, family, or simply modern life.

Sports massage is more specific and goal-oriented. It targets muscular restriction and imbalance, while still providing the deeply restorative benefits of touch and relaxation.

You may experience moments of intensity as tension is released, but it should always feel constructive and controlled — never painful. We work closely with you to ensure comfort throughout

Yes. Many clients find that combining sports massage with osteopathy or rehabilitation accelerates progress and helps maintain long-term balance.

For general maintenance, a session every four to six weeks is often ideal. During injury recovery or intense training phases, weekly sessions can be particularly effective.

Many clients notice a difference immediately — improved mobility, reduced discomfort, and an overall sense of lightness and ease. Regular treatments build on these results, promoting strength, flexibility, and resilience over time.
