I have always been fascinated by the complexity and intricacy of the human body; how the cells and systems work together in perfect balance and how the body responds when this balance is disrupted. It was this interest in the self-healing properties of the human body which led me to studying Osteopathy – I was drawn to its natural and holistic approach to health.
I recently graduated from Swansea University, obtaining a masters of Osteopathy with First Class Honours. I gained skills and experience treating a variety of patients and presentations, including chronic and acute pain, sports related injuries, pregnancy related symptoms, auto-immune and degenerative conditions.
I am passionate and enthusiastic about women’s health, and I am currently undertaking further training in visceral and cranial osteopathy to pursue this passion further and widen my knowledge base.
I love spending time on the beach, swimming, surfing, or soaking up some vitamin sea! I am passionate about health and fitness and like to keep active through strength training, running, walking, and playing netball.
I am excited to help others feel better and stronger, reach their goals and achieve optimal wellness.
