Meet Iona

"I can't wait to help you on your journey to find your body's balance and ultimately your optimal wellness."

I have always been fascinated by the complexity and intricacy of the human body; how the cells and systems work together in perfect balance and how the body responds when this balance is disrupted.

It was this interest in the self-healing properties of the human body which led me to studying Osteopathy – I was drawn to its natural and holistic approach to health.

I hold a Masters of Osteopathy degree with First Class Honours from Swansea University. I am passionate about helping people overcome pain and injury, and guiding them to long-term health, by giving them the tools to keep well, strong and fit.

I’m enthusiastic about women’s health, and I’m currently undertaking further training in visceral and cranial osteopathy to pursue this passion further and widen my knowledge base.

I love spending time on the beach, swimming, surfing, or soaking up some vitamin sea! I am passionate about health and fitness and like to keep active through strength training, running, walking, and playing netball.

I am excited to help others feel better and stronger, reach their goals and achieve optimal wellness.
