Before following my dream of becoming an Osteopath, I worked in the sailing industry as a Senior and Advanced Sailing Instructor, where I coached and trained amateur and elite sailors.
During this time I managed to achieve a lifelong goal of sailing across the Atlantic Ocean, whilst also competing in multiple national and European championships. It was here that I discovered the importance of health and fitness, and the many benefits Osteopathy can offer towards injury rehabilitation and healthy living.
Since graduating from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine in London, I’ve worked with numerous medical teams providing rehabilitation and injury prevention programmes for athletes in multiple sports.
I’ve worked alongside internationally acclaimed coaches to support GB and Development Sprinters at Speedworks and West London Track and Field.
Most recently, I was the Lead Osteopath for the Ladies first team at Hampstead and Westminster Hockey Club, and the Clinical Lead for the Wasps Ladies rugby team in the Allianz 15s Premiership.
I’m excited to bring my expertise to private practice, and help my patients pursue their ambitions and passions, injury-free.
My core belief is that the appropriate application of specialised massage, mobilisation and stretching techniques, alongside personalised exercise guidance and nutritional advice, can help improve performance, and create the optimum conditions needed for recovery and overall well-being.
