Strength and Rehabilitation Coaching

Good physical strength is a vital component to maintaining joint health, recovering from injury, delaying symptoms of arthritis and crucially – preventing pain and injuries from happening in the first place.

How will our Strength & Rehabilitation Coaching help you?

Whether you’re looking to optimise your sporting performance, re-build strength following an injury or operation, or simply aim to keep doing what you love injury-free – our 1:1 Strength & Rehabilitation Coaching sessions have been developed for you.

We understand the importance of getting exercise right, and believe that we can go one step further than simply sending you away with a sheet of prescribed exercises. With this in mind, we offer the opportunity for you to spend some face to face time with our practitioners, on a regular basis, to run through your important exercise plan together.

We will take the time to get to know you, what you want to achieve, and where you feel your limits are, creating a safe space for you to ask questions when they inevitably arise. Combining this with a tailored strength assessment, we ensure that we create a routine that is just right for you – effective, safe and enjoyable!

Your session…

Your initial session will begin with a consultation, to allow our practitioners to understand your usual movement patterns. This will be followed by a tailored strength assessment.

We will then take the time to go through each exercise with you during your session, taking the time to tweak your form and offer you an invaluable insight into how you can optimise your movement, for improved recovery times and performance.

Takeaway…

Ultimately, Our sessions are designed to offer you a safe space to explore your strength, and an opportunity to learn more about the incredible, one-of-a-kind instrument that is your body.

You will come away equipped with all of the knowledge you need to continue progressing quickly and safely, making your amazing device more powerful and more efficient, for years to come.
