I chose osteopathy due to running back ground and seeing how it helped me return to the sport I enjoy most. This then developed more due to seeing how it helps the general population return to their day to day activities and hobbies pain free. Seeing the changes osteopathy brings to people is what keeps me passionate about the job.
I studied at the European School of Osteopathy (ESO) and graduated in 2021. During my studies I took part in specialist sports and headache clinics which are my areas of interest. After graduating I have since completed further courses on dry needling and shock wave therapy.
During my time I have worked with many different people including European golfers and elite Hyrox athletes, met with many top consultants to develop links for alternative treatment options as well as rugby players, golfers and many runners. I typically treat those aged 8 years old and up.
A little about myself I have been a track runner for many years, competing in the 400 & 800 meters. which saw me train with many of the best in the U.K and now slowed down and play golf, football and get outside in my free time.
The joy of being an osteopath for me, is that I get to see people return doing the things they enjoy, this could be sport, or family activities. Being able to be part of someone’s journey and seeing them grow to achieve their goals.
