Is there a long-term commitment attached to the Membership?

Not at all. You can adjust your preferences or cancel your membership at any time!

Can I use some of my appointments for osteopathy & some for massage?

Absolutely! You can alternate between the two, or change up your usual monthly session. Just give us plenty of notice, so we can fit you in at a time which suits you best.

Can I donate my sessions to a friend or family member?

Unfortunately not. Just like at the gym, your membership is yours so that you can keep looking after your health regularly.

What happens if I miss an appointment?

If you can’t make your appointment, let us know as soon as you can and we’ll rearrange it for you. If you’re unable to come in any particular month, we’ll keep the appointment credit for you to use in the following month.

Your membership benefits:

Exclusive fees: Ongoing access to lower fees for your regular osteopathy and massage appointments, when compared to individual ad-hoc sessions.
We’re also negotiating exclusive fees for other high-quality therapies we believe in, including our resident Acupuncturist ‘Just Life’s Balance’ and others. We will keep you updated on this.
Priority appointment booking: Your appointments can be scheduled up to a year in advance, at the most convenient times for you. As our practitioners get busy, this ensures they’ll always have time for you.
Convenient monthly payments: Your membership payment will be automatically debited from your chosen card on the first of every month.
Flexibility to cancel or switch: You have the freedom to cancel your membership at any time, or switch to a different type if your clinical needs change.
Priority booking for wellbeing events: As a member of our wellbeing community, you will have the first opportunity to reserve your spot at our exclusive ‘Wellbeing by Meadowside’ talks and events.

Missed appointments or holiday arrangements: If you’re planning a holiday or have a pre-booked session you cannot attend, please let us know as soon as possible, and we’ll re-arrange the session for you.

Appointment cancellation policy: Our 24-hour appointment cancellation policy applies to members as well. If you’re unable to attend an appointment, please give us as much notice as possible, so that we can reschedule your appointment for a time that suits you.
Keeping your information up to date: If you cancel your bank card, or it expires, please inform us immediately, so we can send you a new link to update your details.
Individual membership allocation: Your Meadowside membership is exclusively assigned to you. Appointments cannot be shared with, or re-assigned to friends or family members
Additional sessions: If you require additional sessions beyond your membership allocation, these will typically be booked at our standard rates. If a course of additional appointments is required (for example following a flare-up or a new injury), your practitioner may recommend a ‘Course of Care’ for you, for which savings are also available.
Membership fee changes: Rest assured, we have no plans to increase the cost of membership in the near future. However, if there are any future changes to membership fees, we will provide you with a minimum of one month’s notice.

Membership cancellation policy:

If you wish to cancel or change your membership, we kindly request that you give us one month’s notice via email to: info@meadowsideosteopathy.co.uk. Please note that any outstanding payments for previously attended appointments must be settled before the cancellation can take effect.

Continuity of care: We understand the importance of consistency in looking after your health and wellbeing. While we strive to ensure you have your sessions with your preferred practitioner, there may be occasions when they are unavailable.

Private Health Insurance

Fees may be covered by your private insurance provider.

Aviva, Cigna, Simply Health, Vitality, WPA, BUPA and AXA PPP may cover your sessions with us, but this depends on your individual policy, so be sure to always check with your insurer before contacting us.

We kindly ask you directly pay for your appointment and claim your payment back from your insurance provider. Please get in touch with your provider prior to your appointment, to confirm you are covered and check what documentation is needed to process your claim.

We are happy to provide a detailed invoice to assist with your claim.
