Osteopath

“I’m excited to support you on your journey to feeling more confident in your physical abilities and achieve your ultimate health goals.”

Before discovering my passion for Osteopathy, I was a young, elite athlete who participated in multiple European and World Championships for Biathlon. I was selected to join the Modern Pentathlon GB team at the age of 16. During my years training with the GB team, I suffered several injuries that impacted my ability to compete. It was during this challenging period that I discovered the wonders of Osteopathy.

I was captivated by the depth of knowledge, technical skill, and the ability of the osteopath to rehabilitate athletes. After gaining some work experience in an osteopathic clinic, my admiration for this wonderful profession grew as I witnessed osteopaths restoring hope and providing relief to people, from all walks of life.

Inspired by my experience, I decided to dedicate the next 4 years of my life to studying Osteopathy. Completing my Master’s degree at the University College of Osteopathy in London, I worked in various specialist clinics; including Women’s Health, an HIV clinic, and an NHS GP practice. Additionally, I completed my Level 3 sports massage course to continue to develop my repertoire of skills, so that I can offer the highest levels of bespoke patient-centred care.

My love for helping others become pain-free or return to sport continues to grow as I witness the tangible impact my colleagues and I at Meadowside have on our patients’ lives.

I am excited to contribute to the journey of empowering individuals to feel more confident in their physical abilities and achieve their ultimate health goals.
