Jason Kelly

Osteopath

Hi! my name is Jason 👋🏼 originally from the east coast of Ireland and now living in the UK with my wife, two boys and our French bulldog, Rolo.

My road to becoming an osteopath began many moons ago. From a young age I started to develop a deep love for health, anatomy, diet, exercise…all things human and performance basically! Shortly after becoming a personal trainer & nutrition coach I moved to Australia where I spent 7 wonderful years working as a personal trainer and fitness manager. It was here I was able to learn and work closely with physiotherapists, chiropractors and exercise physiologists.

I truly loved being a PT but something was always in the back of my mind was always wanting to know more and to be able to help patients more. In 2014, I injured my lower back and from there a deeper interest of healing and body mechanics ensued. Upon moving back to the UK I became a health and wellness clinician in a corporate health care company carrying out various health assessments, phlebotomy, health coaching, workshops etc.

Having done my research and talking with other osteopaths, I loved discovering how at its core it wasn’t just about treating peoples injuries but looking at the whole individual from a more holistic perspective and the relationship between every bodily system. This aligned perfectly with my focus and style as a practitioner.
