My journey as a massage therapist has been both rewarding and inspiring, and it continues to motivate me every day. I qualified in 2021 with VTCT Level 3 and Level 4 diplomas in Sports Massage Therapy from Farnborough College of Technology, which has enabled me to work with a wide range of clients from all walks of life.
My clinical interests include supporting athletic performance, addressing chronic pain cycles, rehabilitating injuries, and managing conditions such as fibromyalgia or arthritis to help people return to doing what they love. I draw on evidence-based techniques and the latest research to provide safe, effective treatment tailored to each individual.
My passion for massage began early through childhood âspa daysâ with my Nanna, which introduced me to the value of healing touch. Growing up in a sporty family further shaped my path into sports massage. I competed in equine sports, karate, and swimming, and I continue to maintain an active lifestyle through long countryside walks, time spent by rivers and lakes, spinning, Pilates, and strength training.
My professional experience includes working as an independent mobile therapist, in a busy clinic with over 900 members attending monthly, and alongside physiotherapists to deliver comprehensive, progressive treatment plans. I pride myself on going above and beyond for my clients, using techniques such as myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and soft tissue release to address the root cause of symptoms and improve mind-body connection.
I complement hands-on treatment with CBT-informed strategies and personalised aftercare advice. By incorporating the biopsychosocial model, I help you identify factors contributing to pain or restriction and support the development of sustainable self-care routines. This empowers you beyond the treatment room and promotes long-lasting, meaningful results aligned with your personal goals.
