Ciao! I am Valentina! I graduated from the European School of Osteopathy in 2022 and went on to work in a private practice in London alongside passionate and supportive colleagues. Throughout my osteopathic journey so far, I have gained experience working with a wide range of patients, including adults and children, and have been exposed to a variety of treatment approaches, including structural, cranial, and visceral osteopathy.
As a practitioner, I aim to create a calm and supportive space where patients feel heard, respected, and understood, allowing treatment to be tailored to each individual and their specific needs. I am naturally people-oriented and motivated by personal growth, and I genuinely enjoy collaborating with like-minded practitioners within a holistic, inclusive, and patient-centred environment.
I treat a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions, including back and neck pain, joint pain, postural issues, headaches, and general aches and pains, and I enjoy supporting patients at different stages of life. I also have a particular interest in movement, rehabilitation, and preventative care, helping patients better understand their bodies and build confidence in how they move.
Alongside osteopathy, I have a strong interest in yoga and movement-based therapies, and I enjoy exploring how osteopathic and yoga principles can be integrated to provide holistic, individualised support. This approach allows me to support not only pain relief, but also long-term wellbeing and resilience.
Outside of the clinic, I enjoy staying active, travelling, cooking, DIY projects, and anything creative, and I love trying new things. These interests continue to shape my approach to osteopathy, supporting a balanced, curious, and open-minded way of working with patients.

I donât have a favourite as I love trying new foods, but homemade food always hits differently âĻ especially when itâs made by my nonna!
Iâm generally drawn to experiences rather than places, though beautiful nature and warm weather are definitely my ideal setting!
A good one that comes to mind is La vita è bella.
Wise and reassuring words from a dear friend: âThere is no wrong decision.â
I find children incredibly inspiring. Their natural, unapologetic and unfiltered ways, their vitality, effortless presence, and instinctiveness remind me of what truly matters.
My journey so far, I feel that every small and big step has been essential, and Iâm truly grateful for where I am today.
