For those who want to stay active and prevent small issues from building up, but don’t feel they need a monthly appointment.
This plan includes a 3-monthly osteopathy session to help you keep moving well, stay ahead of niggles, and feel confident in your health.
Not at all. There’s no minimum term, and you can cancel at any time.
Yes. Members can book additional treatments, including osteopathy, massage, laser and shockwave, at membership prices.
Not directly. However, all Meadowside members receive 2 massage guest passes per month, for family members or friends to access massage at membership prices.
If you can’t make your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to rearrange it for you.
If you’re away or unable to come in one month, we can carry that appointment credit forward to the following month.
Yes. We’ll schedule your next session well in advance and send you a reminder when it’s coming up.
Your credit is kept safe to use when you’re ready, subject to our usual cancellation policy.
We’d be happy to refund your credit, or keep it safe for future sessions
Fees may be covered by your private insurance provider.
Aviva, Cigna, Simply Health, Vitality, WPA, BUPA and AXA PPP may cover your sessions with us, but this depends on your individual policy, so be sure to always check with your insurer before contacting us.
We kindly ask you directly pay for your appointment and claim your payment back from your insurance provider. Please get in touch with your provider prior to your appointment, to confirm you are covered and check what documentation is needed to process your claim.
We are happy to provide a detailed invoice to assist with your claim.
